   After a long, miserable night of having no one to talk to, she needed to find her. Her best friend. Her only best friend. The only person she could trust with these sort of things.

   “Kao-chan, please, are you there?” she sounds so...pathetic, barely making a noise as she knocks on her friend’s door. She was probably with Miho. It was probably for the best for Kaori. And that was more important, right?

   “Kao...-chan...?”
