Jonsa: Inspired by Lord Byron’s own life and work

While all metas / speculation that looks toward outside sources should be taken with a grain of salt, this has the weight (IMO) of GRRM being a known fan of Byron and being influenced by him in the past.

The Tourney at Ashford

In this tourney, the knights would joust each other for the honor of being her champion and, at the end, the final champion would decide if she was to remain the queen of love and beauty (sound familiar?)

This speculates that, much like Lady Ashford didn't end up with a final champion, Sansa won't end up married to her final "suitor" (f!Aegon). Has a Jonsa lean.

Why Melisandre’s  prophecy is about Sansa

Link: Tumblr Fandom: Game of Thrones / ASoIaF Focus: The Girl in Grey / Sansa Stark Author: @loveroflemons Summary: First thing, I know that many people have already mention why its Sansa who is going to Jon, but I always felt that it wasn’t convincing enough; that there needed to be more evidence to support this theory (from the books, not the show, since we know what happens in season 6). So, I decided to go back to the books to support this meta. We all know that GRRM is a complete troll and is always making us think with his choice of words, and meanings behind vague things, such as visions and prophecies.

There. Is. A. Map! I'm a visual learner, I like to have words and maps to help me visualize the words I'm reading. And it all. Makes. Sense. The only way this could be better is if the map had three color-coded lines to show the routes that were or could be taken.
