I speak spanish at not quite a 3-year-old level. But i’m pretty sure, “asado” roughly translates to “a BBQ that makes vegetarians lose consciousness.” Asado on the #riobaker , Chile’s largest river (it's bigger than the Colorado). I swear I didn't filter the Caribbean /glacial blue. Hector here was surprised four (mostly) gringos polished off half a lamb. 10 days of bushwhacking and glacial river crossings will do things to an appetite. #recalorization. #futurepatagonianationalpark @danduane and @cesantelices (at Baker River (Chile))
