Sun teas! You put the tea leaves and water in a lidded glass container (like a quart jar) and leave it in the sun for a few hours. Strain and pop it in the fridge, and you have iced tea without having to heat up water.

Ooooh, I like this recipe. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=735191 I usually use cream instead of half and half and parmesan for the cheese. It's great on any kind of pasta.

Chocolate Bran Muffins
This both the easiest and weirdest muffin recipe I know.
3 cups bran cereal
3 cups water
2 tsp baking powder
1 pkg Betty Crocker chocolate cookie mix
Soak water and cereal until mushy. Add baking powder and cookie mix. Mix well. Spray Muffin tins or small loaf pans. Bake 350 for 20-25 min.
I make them a 1/4 cup each and get 20.
