Don’t get me started on the increase in aggressive mobility scooter drivers. (I don’t believe that because you’re on a mobility device, you have the right of way in the Cereal Aisle.) Some people need them, and I am sympathetic to that. But let’s be truthful, many users are just too flippin' lazy to take two steps to grab some Pringles off the shelf. I see no problem with a person wanting to use one of those mobility devices, but they need to take some type of driver's test. Yep, you can’t drive through stores and street fairs unless you have a driver's permit for that vehicle. I swear many of these scooter drivers picture themselves as Vin Diesel in The Fast and the Furious”.
