Stay open hearted. When you’re called out, feel shitty, be embarrassed, crawl into a hole of shame like I often do — but then emerge more educated, more considerate and more compassionate and more empathetic. We are not stones, we are constantly evolving creatures who make mistakes, and I am so grateful for people like @_enterthedragon_ who so bravely face ignorance and cruelty every day in hopes of reaching people open to growing. Sharing stories is hard stuff — accepting stories is hard stuff too, but validating one persons perspective doesn’t mean your story is invalid.
