全球最細黑膠唱片機！車仔型 Record Runner 放上黑膠上即自轉播音樂

近年潮流興起以懷舊的媒體來聽音樂，比如各種卡式錄音帶已重出江湖，而且今年其銷量更大幅攀升。此外當然亦不得不提大大隻的黑膠唱片，一般來說播放黑膠唱片的唱片機通常都十分大部，不過最近有日本廠商推出的 Record Runner，其體積卻竟然細到一部玩具車仔一樣，應該稱得上是全球最細的黑膠唱片機。

有別於一般黑膠唱片機通常設有大大的轉盤及唱針，由 stokyo 設計的 Record Runner 卻一反傳統，因為其外型竟然與一部玩具車仔無疑，而且更獲得了 Volkswage 授權，以旗下的 Beetle Camper 作為主題，單從外觀來看可說是十分搶眼。

不過如此細部的 Record Runner 又如何播放黑膠唱片呢？其實該部車仔的底部本身設有唱針，以及內置喇叭及電源，所以只需將之放上任何 33 1/3 rpm 的黑膠唱片，車仔便會在上面圍圈自轉，並播放出當中的樂曲。現時該產品已於 Record Runner 及各大零售商發售，每部價格為 6,980 日圓（約 440 港元），並設有綠及紫兩種顏色。不過比較可惜的是其喇叭的質素強差人意，若然他日能夠推出一個藍牙版本，可連接到其他藍牙喇叭及耳機，相信應該會更有價值。

Music Searches

I've forgotten names in fewer than five paces. I have no head for dates; for when things happened. All but a handful of the books I have read have sieved through my mind to scratch the linoleum, grains of literary grit under my shuffling soles.

Music is different. My music memory is strong.  I can recall where I was when I first heard a song that got to me. I can picture the album jackets. I can recall the concerts and the reckless dancing when Nadine mixed it just right. I don't know when, exactly, any of these things happened, but it doesn't matter.

One year, I don't remember which, I had Tuesdays off and on those Tuesdays I covered St Vincent de Paul's and Neighbourhood Services and Records on Wheels and Record Runner. New and used. Cutouts and Imports. And I did it on foot: miles and miles of music searches on foot.
