Leftovers week! Tonight I made some @hardcorecarnivore shredded chicken, red onion, and a @dutchfarms Mexican cheese blend quesadilla served with @eatwholly guac, salsa, @daisybrand sour cream, lettuce and limes. Delicious! The quesadillas were made on the @rectecgrills Trailblazer at 425 using their Flat Top Griddle. It worked perfectly!
