🍺: Bottle Logic Recursion IPA 6.5% ABV The bouquet immediately explodes with hops; just what I like. The appearance is mostly opaque, probably suggests limited or omitted filtering processes. The palate is grassy, earthy, but not overstated with hops as most IPA's strive to be. This is an IPA that is boisterous yet tamed, a seemingly contradicting characteristic that few beers have achieved. I look forward to exploring more breweries in the Orange County area, so far I have tried Bottle Logic and Noble Ale Works.
