Naturally, for a new limited edition #allblackeverything collection I had to create specific backing cards to "commemorate" the occasion. Whilst I'm sure most backing cards end up in the recycling - PLEASE RECYCLE EVERYTHING - sometimes it's nice to hold on to them, either to make storing the pins that bit easier or so you don't forget little details. The cards themselves I always keep super simple so as not to detract from the pin design, and also because of the aforementioned. (It hurts to design pretty things that I then see in the trash!) • Note that my backing cards are normally printed on recycled paper, but these ones are printed on recycled cotton t-shirts! Weird, I know, but just as soft and eco-friendly as their (recycled) paper counterparts. Sometimes I dream of making my own paper, but let's be honest that's never going to happen. • In other news I have ordered stickers!!! They should be here in a week, but you can check my stories for a snapshot of one design. They'll be black on holographic material and I'm already really excited.
