Finally have more time to put into my REDocalypse Roomies AU.

ID texts:

- Face and shoulder feathers

- Grian's REDpocalypse wings. Feather colours faded 'couse of stress and apocalypse survivor life.

- Watcher!Grian. Grian is no longer a full Watcher, but amber's of his powers can manifest when he is in danger.

- Sometimes he dyes his wings to try and make them look like before ( using dandelions and cornflowers )

i LOVE how you drew grian in your most recent apocalypse buddies post and im using it as reference for a harpy-like race in this universe im making. I just wanted to check if you wer fine with it and ask if you could give me any tips/details about the design and maybe possibly make a reference of that grian on his own?

The best tip I have is to think about trait utility for the character. How having specific trait would support the character itself, and what advantage/disadvantage would it create.

At the very core of it, I love when hybrid designs are more animalistic in nature. Grian's HAD to be a bird boy. In my designs I like to add details like: bird feet, claw-like hands, and owl-like face (it fits with his mc skin :D). Other minor traits: feather fluff everywhere - on the back of the neck, shoulders, arms , cheeks.
