Hey girl 😭 this feels like talking to a celebrity ong but anyways, lost my tumblr acc and recently got it back; went straight to your blog cuz you’re one of my favs and enough with the fangirling. I wanna write my own fanfic (nsfw with the rat ofc) but much like you (when you first started and I discovered you) I’m a teen and I feel like everywhere I look to for a second opinion on this, people are flaming younger writers cuz they think it’s inappropriate for them to write nsfw and it absolutely does not help that I want to write heavy stuff too. Then there are also concerns for digital footprint. You’re the only writer I know that was open like that about their age and so I came to you looking for some advice pls help gng I physically CANNOT contain my juicy prose 😭🙏

hello anon!!! im so glad you brought this topic up because people tend to not realize just how many of their favorite—nsfw or not—writers are teens and minors. i’ve been writing since i was TWELVE, six years! my age has come up as a topic pretty much once and whereas i can see why someone might avoid wanting to read something nsfw written by a ‘child’, its a good 70% chance your favorite smut is written by a teenage girl sitting on her bed after school. my advice is do what you want, you’ll most likely have an audience regardless of what you choose to write. and as always, stay safe on the internet when you do :)
