Red's here with another prank, but upon seeing her he's quick to pocket it, and gently tap on the doorframe. "I, uh... Bad time, I figure, but... Hey, if you need someone to unload on about what's in your head, I figure I'm not exactly first on your list... But I'm here, okay? You... You know where I live."
Lusamine felt a surge of anger at the knock, which only amplified when she saw Red in her doorway - He was the last person she wanted to see right now. What was he here for? Was it another prank? Was it just to mock her? He was always here to badger her, and she didn't want to hear a single word from his mouth. However, much to her surprise, he approached her with a calm demeanor, actually offering to comfort her. It caught her off-guard.
She's silent for several moments. Sharp eyes lower, avoiding his gaze, unsure of what to do. Does she... Accept his kind words? Does she take his offer to vent to him? Does she bother speaking to him in a civil manner? It was hard to decide - Their relationship was complicated at best, and she didn't fully know what to do. This kindness was unusual for him, and it was more than unexpected. She takes in a deep breath, exhales slowly, and glances back up at Red. The expression on her face was tired, like she hadn't slept in days.
"...Thank you," Lusamine eventually mutters. "I think... For the time being, I’d like to be alone. I’ll make no promises, but perhaps I’ll take you up on your offer, once I calm down... I hope you understand.” It was said with exhaustion, with a bitter smile present on her features. God, she was so tired.
