guoghh. played red tether again. they updated DREAMER INTERCEPT and it doesn't suck ass now :D :D :D

used to be there was either a 0.5 second or 1 second cooldown (cant remember which) for firing tethers no matter what, but now if you manage to smack a tether directly inside of a ship, there is no cooldown. On the flipside, however, if you DON'T do that, and instead teleport it into open air, it's a 1.5 second cooldown. genuinely an incredible change that makes it SO much more playable than it was. so good.
