No, unfortunately not, although I wish that I had been. As far as I know he hasn't done any signings near me yet and I don't have tickets to one in the future, so this is one of the signed pre-order books. The closest I've come to a signing or meeting him was when I saw him on the Doctor Who panel at the 2011 WonderCon (which was pretty damn awesome, not gonna lie)
