In 2018, while participating in the Shine Mural Festival Spanish artist Belin introduced Mexican artist and designer Ricardo Delgado, aka Reda3sb, to the festival sponsor, St Petersburg Art Alliance. In 2021 Shine invited Reda, now based in nearby Gulfport, Florida, to add his own contribution to the walls of St Pete with this composition about the feelings we all have in common.
