Learn what the latin means. It’ll tell you a lot about where the muscles are and what they do. Focus on one group at a time.

I don’t know if this is helpful, but I used a white board to write everything down (\origin, insertion, action, etc.) and that worked :)

THE ETERNAL QUESTION. I find that finding them on my body and moving them helps me remember the location and function of most muscles.

Make a song. YouTube a song about the area you’re learning about. :)

Don’t know if it will help, but I used a white board and paper and just wrote them out over and over again. I did use a color scheme too! :) wish you the best!
