MY MONDAY GRATEFUL MOMENT. After graduating from beauty school and work for a franchise. My second week on the floor I did my first color and someone help me to formulate that color and it was the worst nightmare ever ( her hair turn green). From that point on I decided i will never rely on someone to formulate for me. I was then INTRODUCED to the REDKEN EXCHANGE I took my first trip to take my first class there . Remember been on the chinese bus back and forth brom BOSTON TO NEW YORK at least 5 times in 3 years to be able to understand this COLOR THING. Many people have helped me along the way.
