Happy #rednoseday !! I got my #noseson in support of @rednosedayusa whose mission is to end child poverty one nose at a time! I encourage everyone in the @wlstories community to do the same!! Weight loss is a complex beast. Both physically and mentally. When we climb a wall we have a moral obligation to extend a hand and help the next person’s climb be just a little bit easier. For years I’ve always called weight loss a journey. One with no ending or destination. In regards to the mental aspects that we face, there is a very strong chance you can find some of the initial root-causes somewhere in the early and formative years of your life. And while we can’t go back in time and help the younger us, we can do like we always do in this community: help those who come after. I challenge ALL OF YOU to do the same!! We may be apart, but we can all COME TOGETHER and help better the lives of children. Through Red Nose Day 2020, we can make a great positive impact! Here are the ways you we can make a difference: . 🔺$1 can provide nutritious food for a child. 🔺$5 can provide a child in need with online homework help and mentoring. 🔺$5 can help pay for medical supplies for a doctor’s visit. 🔺$35 can provide a set of bed linens for a young person facing homelessness.
