Harvestmen are migrating.
A moon worship ritual.
A white fly and her siblings
The cook
The cook and his ingredients. And a pet spider trying to steal something for herself, cause why not.None of these foods are intelligent, there’s no cannibalism going on, don’t worry.
The massive wetlands populated by grasshoppers are home to a huge variety of giant crabs which are often domesticated and used as mounts.
Moths skribbles in blue ink
Mothra owns a bar, but doesn’t hire anyone to be a bartender even though she can afford to. She finds it enjoyable to listen to all the stories visitors bring with them so Mothra occupies this position herself.
This old cicada visits the town often. He entertains the children with his gold flies and tells them stories of times long past.
The monk is here to teach kids some religion.Fun fact: beetles and cicadas believe in the same gods. I should probably elaborate more, but there’s simply not enough time.

I'd add a couple of jellyfish on top. Looks like a neat background for an aquatic painting.

Russian here. She would call him “Единственный”. “Единственная” is used to refer to women.

A bright orange Red Slug. They did a pretty good fallen leaf impression. #slug #redslug #germany #schwarzwald
