Why wasn't Imprisoned In The Moon shifted to another color if it's such a severe bend?
Because Tamiyo cast the spell and she's base blue.

Is red allowed to "impulse draw" multiple cards at a time? I don't think I've seen that effect, why not?
It can. It's just hard to cast an impulsive draw spell and two other spells all in one turn.
Just checking in on the vanilla mythic. :)
Still on track to come out in 2017.
Do you think a DFC with a flip card on the back would be possible in an Un-set? Who/what/why/where/when was possible, after all.
Double-faced cards are tough to do in a supplemental product due to the smaller print runs.
Exile is flavored in a lot of different ways, though. Declaration in Stone's is fairly obvious, and it isn't taking things off-plane. The same goes for cards like Oblivion Ring.
You're correct. We use many different concepts for exile.
You said that Marks had quite a big impact on Magic, does that also go for Question Marks? :)
You too. : )
How likely is it that we will see cards that may be in a deck more than four times, but not any number of times? Would that let you make those cards more powerful?
If we're going to let you have more than four, I doubt we'll limit it. Design/development advantages not worth the added confusion/difficulty deck checking.
How did you convey the artifact-ness of artifact creatures for Esper? Esper had colored artifacts, so the casting cost wouldn't work.
We leaned on the art and designed the cards so that mechanically they felt a bit more artifact-y.
Note that something creatively being an artifact is much easier to convey than being an enchantment.
