Reducing NRW (September 2024)
This was just supposed to be a repeat performance of the NRW training seminar I did back in July 2024, but I finished a short course entitled Water Cooperation and Diplomacy under the University of Geneva... So, I added a few slides of regarding the said topic because NRW problems cannot be solved technically. Water is state-owned, hence it can never be depoliticized. You need diplomacy to solve some of the NRW problems, especially here in the Philippines.
