Currently watching: i'm watching doctor who for the first time with friend cam (<3) and someday i'm gonna continue my rewatch of moon knight (i got a couple of eps in and some stuff about the show was hitting me harder than i remembered so i took a break from it.) also, i'm kind of sporadically rewatching firefly with my mom (just finished shindig!)

Currently reading: cannery row by steinbeck. i havent read any steinbeck before this, actually - i think the red pony and of mice and men were required in hs but i simply didnt do a lot of things in hs. possibly there was a class where we had to read grapes of wrath? no clue. but i'm really enjoying this book.

Current obsession: dill pickle krinkle cut potato chips + sour cream for dip + campari soda. perfect summer snack.

Currently working on: uhhhhhhhhh well i'm trying to get a semi-finalized draft of my novel (!) done in the next week or so. ive got a bunch of wips i'm chipping away at vaguely but nothing i'm really dedicating myself to atm.

Coffee or tea: both but mostly coffee.

Last internet search: "gettysburg address full text" because i was arguing with someone about it

Sorry to bother you. I’m wondering if you or your followers remember a Steve fic where Steve takes in a bunch of at-risk youth, like young people that’s been kicked out of their homes? I remember there being a scene about Steve paying for a kid’s food in a diner, but that’s about it. Thank you so much in advance for your help ♥️

Steve blows the air out of his cheeks slowly, trying to figure out how to keep the anger out of his voice so Eli doesn’t think it’s at him.
