Mystical! Can you guess what coral this is? This one sit on a grow out plate about 1" from the glass. I find it fascinating to be able to capture coral this close without getting my hands wet. The closest I can focus on my Samsung S9 is about 3" so getting closer is only possible in two ways: digitally zoom in (reduced resolution) or using our ReefLens MKII PRO X15D Macro Lens (full resolution) that allows me to nail sharp focus as close as 1.5-2" with scaled up details. Finally, add fill light with a blue flashlight on the coral and Voila! A professionally looking shot from a 3-generations old phone. This shot was tuned to a warmer side of the white balance in Snapseed as I find it looking better than the colder (bluer) look, color contrast curves adjusted to reduce over-contrast and saturation from the stock image, and this also brings out some shadow details.
