This was one amazing book! A healing one. #ReasonsToStayAlive by #MattHaig telling his story with depression and anxiety, described all those very dark moments where you think you will never feel normal again, there is nothing in life that you enjoy and even the simplest things seems impossible to do. As he described anxiety “ Anxiety runs your mind at fast forward s rather than normal play speed” which i see very true.
