Starry Musical is my latest comfort musical, and I am obsessed with the song A New Horizon, and how that becomes a motif in songs later, how despite everything, it’s that bond between brothers that kept Vincent afloat, and that Theo never forgot it.
Also, the theme of creation is so well expressed! I always want to write more and to just CREATE something after listening to Starry. I don’t know what I’m saying, but it’s very comforting!
Addendum: they mention Berthe Morisot by name!!! United in Distaste is really good!!! And The Road sounds the way a van Gogh painting looks, I can’t describe it.
Happy Faraday and Ezekiel birthday! This animatic is a few months old, and I’d love to continue it one day, but happy birthday to my madlads!
All love to the Faraday and Ezekiel content taglist: @luxaofhesperides , @axelcat , @likedoves , @boffinsandbeasties 💕
Not to talk too much about The Magnus Archives, but the sudden realization that it ends at 200 and I (albeit behind a few episodes) have reached the 190s is uh. That slapped me in the face.
Another spray of water from the vegetable sprinklers. Diana blinked at the unripe bananas on sale in front of her. These were non-organic bananas, cheaper bananas. She tossed a random bunch in her cart before wheeling it away, wincing every few seconds at the screeching of the rusty wheel.
Both the mushroom man and the cantaloupe man instantly looked up, their eyes trained on her. Diana cursed the betrayal of her shopping cart and its announcement of her whereabouts, as if was mocking her: ha! You thought coming at a different time could save you from the attention?
Her steps echoed on the linoleum, almost drowned out by the incessant squeaking of the wheel. She silently ticked off the aisles she passed in her head. No matter how often she came to this store, it was so easy to get lost among the aisles lined with small boxes and jars and bags.
Bread, she reminded herself. She needed to buy bread. Bakery bread tasted better, but the lights of the bakery were off, and uneasiness stirred in Diana’s chest.
“Order a cake with us today!” demanded the overly cheerful sign above the bakery counter that showcased various oversaturated pictures of sheet cakes with garish, blobby frosting. A large yellow smiling emoji stared through her, with all of the cruelty of her neighbors, but none of the compassion.
She hated being watched.
Songs to Look Back to, did you mean: the one time you will find me writing something that takes place in a contemporary setting?
I think I have considered the possibility of witch Faraday and possibly like it more than angelverse oh no
[id: a pen and marker sketch against yellow lined paper of Faraday, a young white man with violet eyes and long brown hair. He wears his hair in a loose braid over the right shoulder, a wide-brimmed witch’s hat with a violet ribbon striped with white and a violet tassel on the end with the same violet color on the underside of the brim, a matching ribbon at his neck, a shirt with long loose sleeves, a black vest, and round glasses.]
I gotta sleep but yeehaw I finished chapter 1 of stlbt!!!
I keep rewatching the clip I have so far of my Faraday and Ezekiel video and screaming internally because !!! I did that!!!! I made a video about my lads!!!! and it actually looks decent!!!!
