Shitty fried rice. A lil wet from frozen veg and onion and the sauce mix wasnt super good either. It was just like a lb of chicken, a bag of stir fry mix (carr, snap pea, water chestnut, brocc), rice and egg on top. It wasnt super filling, def shouldve added a bag of peas or smthn additional veg
Bad sauce Do Not Use, a lil too sweet and not salty/flavorful enoguh. Mirin was prob a mistake. Maybe more garlic as well. Rly need to hunt down swueeze ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tb rice wine vinegar
1 tbh sweet mirin
1 tsp sesame oil
Was worried this would be too bland but it was actually p good (a tad bland cuz frozen veg but not much worse than a mediocre cicken siup) and it took exactly 30 minutes to make INCLUDING chopping the onion. I could def throw some parm on top or eggs for more fillingness if needed. Also could do this w different spices/stock for variation. Banger meal
