i remember being told i was rachel green but i was monica geller all along. just goes to show how little that person actually knew me haha
my current read - the stranger by camus. this was a christmas gift from my boyfriend’s sister and her boyfriend, among other lovely things :)
asked t which game of thrones character reminds him most of me and he said margaery tyrell. i am absolutely taking this as a compliment.
📒 a look into my personal favorites from vogue world: hollywood - ranked from most to least
quick disclaimer - i have absolutely no idea what's considered good or bad. i have zero experience with whatever level of grandeur this capitol-type production has. i just like watching anything beautiful.
filing this under things-i-have-no-one-to-talk-to-because-i-watched-it-once-but-for-some-reason-i-keep-thinking-about-it-so-i-figured-i-might-as-well-share-my-favorites
we're starting strong with the one and only hunter schafer (sharing a video of her scene instead because clipping it feels illegal)
OK that apple chomp strut - sharp, strange, magnetic. i have no idea who she's dressed as (maybe snow white-adjacent?) but everything fits perfectly: the walk, the costume, the song, her eyes - all. in. sync. i am obsessed. i keep going back to this clip.
gracie abrams comes close second. the truck. the staging. the reveal. her version of carole king's i feel the earth move + that's so true medley. the red coords + blue shoes combo. everything just melts together perfectly. and on top of all that, she's effortlessly beaitful. i'm a gracie abrams apologist, my favorite nepo baby :p
i've had my eyes on yasmin wijnaldum for a while now ever since i saw her walk for dsquared2 fall 2025 - my jaw on the floor. so when i saw her here i got so excited but also a little disappointed because they did not give my girl enough screen time :,( she SLAYED that walk are you kidding me. also she had no business looking that good in emerald.
gabbriette does not disappoint. ever. i loved how she put so much character in her walk. her look in schiaparelli - dark, eerie, mythical, reminded me of the enchantress from suicide squad. it's so her. again, i have no idea who she dressed as but she completely owned it
these gorgeous gorgeous ladies, my favorites dancing to the music <3 they looked so happy, so confident, and completely in the moment (also the 4th gif was a siopao moment haha)
honestly how is teyana not in black panther yet? this scene is everything. (also let me just say i've had a huge crush on teyana taylor since i saw her in straw, my god she is so damn hot and a damn good actress too. and now a model?? what can she not do?)
a bonus - cara, always with that unsettling stare. but she's hot so it's ok haha. i love how she hovered around gracie like a creepy old man
literally how is the sky the same color as my mirror and the book i’m reading
finalized my holiday reads today - normal people (started yesterday), everything i know about love (i dnf’ed earlier this year but giving it another chance), and have a little faith (seemed right to end the year with my favorite author)
the office is such a slowburn for me. i didn't love the first season nearly as much as the ones that came after it but the longer i watched, the more attached i got. honestly one of the FEW shows i've watched that actually gets better as it goes on.
