Self reflecting on things to change; back to refocusing on me and what makes me happy. I think as women we loose site of the things that truly matter to us and focus on things that shouldn’t. I vowed to self years ago that, once it becomes too much; too cloudy; too soon; It’s time for me to take a break; pause & regroup to get my mind clear.
