These delightful sugar cookie fruit cups are a perfect combination of sweet and fruity flavors. The crispy sugar cookie cups hold a refreshing assortment of fresh fruits, topped with creamy whipped cream. It's a delightful dessert that's easy to make and sure to impress!
Ingredients: 1 package sugar cookie dough. Assorted fresh fruits berries, kiwi, pineapple, etc.. 1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping. Mint leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to the temperature written on the package of sugar cookie dough. Cut up small pieces of the sugar cookie dough and press them into the mini muffin tin cups to make cups. When the oven is hot, bake the cookie cups for the amount of time written on the package or until they turn golden brown. When the cookie cups are done, take them out of the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. While the cookie cups cool, wash and cut up the different kinds of fresh fruit. Big fruits like pineapple and kiwi can be cut up into small pieces. Once the cookie cups are cool enough to handle, carefully take them out of the muffin tin. Put a mix of the ready-made fresh fruits into each cookie cup. Put some whipped cream or topping on top of each fruit-filled cookie cup. If you want, add mint leaves as a garnish. Have fun with the sugar cookie fruit cups right away!
