Shri Sanjay Jain, Group Managing Director of SIDDHA Group said that real estate sector which was once believed to be disoriented & disorganized has emerged as a regulated sector after implementation of few policy reforms by the Government of India such as Demonitization, GST, RERA, liberalized FDI rules & Housing for All and these reforms not only made sure a sustainable growth for the real estate sector but infused a much needed transparency & accountability.
