just got myself a new battery for my huawei matebook because i refuse to let this fucker go. i installed linux mint on it when win decided to drop support and i've never looked back ever since. it's a perfectly fine laptop, especially with linux installed - works like a brand new machine minus the drained battery (which i found an alternative to for 20 bucks). refurbish, don't buy new electronics you don't need.
