A facebook group seems like it would be the easiest if everyone involved is ok with the whole identity thing.

Some people may not - but those people are free to communicate via tumblr. Or maybe just make it a closed group. We all trust each other, right? xD

Not many! I've seen a few and they're really amazing. It would be great to be one of them.

A fanband/cover video for Lana?

All people welcome, of course, even if you're not a musician/singer or would not even like to perform.

alwaysatrombonist suggested that those who do not want to sing/play could hold up signs with messages to Lana. Kinda like what they did for Lisa Edelstein.)

smileyabuser suggested a facebook page where we could select songs to do based on likes. If privacy/identity revealing is an issue, myusikah (who is not a part of this or an evil regal but has great ideas herself) linked to tumblr poll extensions.

regal-riptide is willing to dish up some chords for them guitar players, and I will help with those things as well. She will also work on a repertoire/song bank, and is open to suggestions, which peeps will vote on on the poll.

How it would work is that the performers are given sheet music/tabs/other instructions. They will record takes, and to make sure we're all in sync, use a metronome with a given beats per minute. Someone will be the recipient of all those recordings, and then put them together on a video maker.

Anyone else want in? This goes as far as we as a group take it.

if we can agree on a song i could probably arrange something chordwise and vocals and stuff, cant guarantee anything fancy though
