am I the only person who just can't speak normally in their native language anymore? like I can't even speak Dutch anymore without having to use English words, and some time ago I used Dutch, English, French and German in one sentence. I don't even SPEAK German! (not past the "hallo, wie geht es dir, anyway)

Pfffff my advice is to watch (old) movies in your native language. I've been binging old Danish movies from a ripe young age and I don't have that issue lol but I'm sure there are others who do.
