Hey there Lucy, thank you so much for the ask! Let's see:

My family makes me the most happy. My husband and my kiddos are the lights of my life.

The season change from summer to fall. I love the trees changing colors, the crisper air and the sound of crunching leaves.

A good thunderstorm. Not severe where there's tornado warnings but a good heavy rain with lightning and rumbling thunder. The smell of rain is intoxicating.

Wasting hours upon hours playing Call of Duty mobile with my hubby.

Staying up way too late after my kids have gone to sleep to enjoy some quiet time and play on my computer.

16. what do you do as you play sims? (ex. listen to music)

I always listen to music. In fact, I rarely do anything without listening to music, tbh.

18. do you like the new(ish) hair swatches?

Not really. Like, I don't care enough to update all of my hairs. But I won't like, delete them off of new hairs I download. The new "black" is literally grey, and I'm still not happy with the "dirty/dark blond" options. (None of them look like my irl hair.)

25. if you could change certain small thing(s) about ts4, what would it be?

Well, there's a lot, but here's a few: - The ability to copy an alien's facial features onto their disguise. (we can do it with every other occult, why not with aliens???) - Give the non-YA age groups more stuff, and DON'T put it in a DLC. (Like, this is a LIFE sim, not a "Young Adult Sim".) But the hopes for this one are like, underground. - Give sims more personality, ig?? I never played any other sims game, so idk how they compare, but in ts4, every sim is pretty similar. They're only different if you actively control them and make them different. And traits don't really affect them that much?? For example, sims who have complete the Soulmate aspiration will still cheat on their spouse when your sim flirts with them, and Unflirty sims will still get flirty. - More representiation!! I know they've said that they're working on adding pronouns, but like, work harder, work faster! I don't know anything about coding, but if a modder can add they pronouns and neopronouns, it seems like a massive corporation should be able to figure it out. (when you make a trait/moodlet/etc. there's a piece of coding in the descriptions for those, that basically says "if this sim is Male (in CAS), use he. If this sim is Female (in CAS) use her." It seems like it should be possible to add an option (like the pregnancy options) in CAS for pronouns. In fact, wyattsims made a mockup of what it would look like! And imagine if we could set a sim as "will never woohoo" or "will never gain a romance bar with any sim". (I know ace/aro is more complex than that, but this is just a bare minimum/something-EA-would-do version.)

Anyways, enough of me rambling. This game has so much potential, and it's fallen short. I can't play for more than a hour without getting bored, and that makes me sad.
