God I'm so stupid... I'm so so stupid, I ruined everything, I should have never kissed Regie. I should have just gotten the guts to talk everything with Vinnie. And Regie. I lost my best friend. I was laying on my couch drowning in self pity when I heard a knock on my door. I got up to go and open it was in shock. Regie? I whispered. All he did was give me a soft smile. I just pulled him into a hug. Profusely apologizing to him.
He just rubbed my back "You have nothing to apologize for. I get it. We will always be best friends."
He pulled away and put his hands on my cheek "But y/n, you need to talk with Vinnie, go to him you love him and he loves you. As your best friend I dont want to see you suffer anymore."
He turned me around and pushed my back. And that gave me the push to go to Vinnie's.
I got on my car and just drove and finally arrived at the apartment building I'm far to familiar with.
I knocked on the door.
Hoping and waiting. After a while I was about to leave when I was the door open.
Hi. I said looking up at him.
Vinnie smiled back and said "Hi"
I stayed quite for a minute and was about to speak when he spoke first.
"I missed you baby, I'm sorry for everything that happened. I'm sorry for talking you for granted. Baby I'm sorry for not asking you the question I should have asked you a long time ago."
He pulled me closer and making me look into his eyes.
"Baby, would you be my girlfriend? Would you allow me be your boyfriend? I want us to be together officially. I want to be with you forever. I want to marry you one day, I want us to have children in the future. I want to grow old and wrinkly with you. Baby I want you. I love you. I was holding back tear and pulled him into a kiss. He quickly kissed back. At that moment I let the tear fall. Yes baby. Yes, yes, yes. I said in between kisses. I want that. I want you, I want us. I've missed you so much. He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist. He pecked my lips and said "Come on baby lets go make up for lost time."
