The Art of Dating your Dads Girlfriend // Emma & Regina
Four years of schooling and living with her mother was enough. Emma needed a break and expected to find it with her father in Storybrooke, Maine. It was a small and quiet town, but that’s what she was seeking. New York was starting to get a little claustrophobic. She wrote, a journalist of many things, but this would be her best chance at writing something that might make her a published author. The town, as she remembered, was wonderful and full of surprises and maybe she would find one of her own.
The trip was six hours long which meant screaming at the radio, too much fast food, and dodging other cars at all costs. She was a horrible driver and the fact that her car was a death trap, didn’t help anything. Nonetheless she arrived promptly before the sun fell and was greeted to an empty house. Her dad was probably working some big case in the office.
Emma made her self at home quickly, finding her old room the exact way it was, as if it were some twilight movie. She did find it a little creepy, but at least it was something she knew. The blonde filled up on some left over Chinese food she found in the fridge and curled up in the bed with some reruns of her favorite show on Netflix playing in the background.
