Do you think Regis has like a different voice for his blood addiction? Like instead of it being dark and evil wherever he smells blood his brain just kinda pops up with "aaaaaawwww yeah! Party time bitch!! Let's get wasted!" And he sorta has to scold it? Like im not taking about the tesham mutna scene cause that had a lot of factors. Im just talking about everyday life as a barber surgeon. Small cuts, surgeries, and bloody noses. Sometimes his brain just perks up with "little snack time?" And he has to go "no im responsible you know this."
And he tells geralt about it and geralt being more monster than he looks is like "yeah sometimes i normally get the urge to chase small animals. Plus I actually took down a deer by tackling it a while ago." And Regis is just like "wow this is great just 2 guys with weird instincts" then they play gwent and talk shit about random people they didn't like.
The opportunity arises when you just can't resist the drink.
