Regret Puppet
A small, generic doll with no outfit. If you tell it your regrets it will relieve you of them. Being around the puppet for extended periods of time will fill you with sorrow, but it assures you it can take away your pain.
[Dungeons and Dragons] [Pathfinder] While attuned with the puppet, it protects you from up to 1d4 psychic damage whenever you take damage. Every long rest you are attuned with this doll, make a DC 5 wisdom saving throw or gain a level of exhaustion. Once a month, you may attempt to un-attune with the doll with a DC 21 wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the doll will reappear in your inventory within 24 hours.
[Heliabound] Tell the puppet a secret and it will attune to you. As long as it is attuned to you, you take 4 less damage from psychic attacks. Every rest, pass a DC 7 wisdom check or gain a level of exhaustion. Once a month you can attempt to leave the doll behind by passing a DC 25 wisdom check. On a failure the doll will reappear nearby where you can see it.
