Paulie was sure that everyone had has been at Emmeline and Mary’s by now, it’d been hours since they’d taken off for the mission. It was an important mission, one that did require speed once put into motion and that meant it had to have wrapped up. She was eager to see Emmeline and eager to see if they’d be able to actually put the safe house she’d been working on today to use. Moody had been hesitant to pass the key onto her at first, always having been extra watchful of the safe houses, but he hadn’t the time to prepare it and Paulie had seemed connected enough to who’d be taking it. She was probably the best person for the task, and she was thankful to keep busy while waiting for the news. Paulie was confident that Regulus would help them, but she hadn’t exactly gotten word on it. She didn’t expect it, there were much more important things to focus on as Emmeline surely needed the care and attention after what she’d been put through. Everything was finished though, prepared to the best of her abilities and she’d head over to meet with everyone, see how it all went.
Nervously she approached the door, using the appropriate charms to open it knowing that she didn’t want to bother anyone inside. Paulie slide the key to the safe house into her pocket and began looking around. Everyone seemed to be around, but she was glad that this time it was over good news. The mood in the building had been much more cheery and lighthearted than it had been the last few days. It was a good change, a change that Mary deserved, and she was happy that things were starting to look up for her. Finally, she’d spotted the person she was worried about being here at all. Regulus, he was standing amongst the Potter’s, they must have talked earlier for him to be lingering about. Maybe he’d made some friends, maybe he’d be able to reconnect with his brother after all this, that’d be a nice outcome if Sirius would allow it. " Hey, Regulus! You’re here, how are you? Are you okay?” Paulie slowly approached, resisting the urge to just tackle him in a hug, that’d probably draw too much attention.
