Jasmine soon gave birth to her daughter Gardenia Meadowsweet while Vitrail had a second set of twins, Sonnet and Cinquain. Canvas gave Jasmine the old Light house so that she could live separately from her brother and she took in a “roommate” in the form of Lemondrop and her son, Yarn Meadowsweet. 

Though Lunette and Gossamer tried, luck had not been in their favor in terms of conceiving. 

Regulus loved his new daughter Serenity dearly despite not sharing blood with her. He genuinely loved the girl as his and never considered treating her differently to his unborn biological child whenever they got there. Mirage and Regulus welcomed a son together and decided that their little family of four was complete with Candle.

Ode liked to visit his Aunt Mirage, mostly because of Serenity(I swear, I’ll dress her properly and take pictures... soon). Mirage liked hearing about his family since there was always a lot going on in the Prose household. Mirage was more than content with her smaller household with only two children.

The older girls snuck out of the house to play with kids from the poorer side of town, something that would never be allowed for Lunette and Mirage. 

The girls met some boys, best friends, Regulus and Treble, as well as another boy named Gossamer who was doing the same thing as them.

With nowhere else to turn since showing up at Canvas or Lunette’s house would drag them down and Vitrail already had a mostly full house, Mirage found herself at the Bright residence. 

No longer restricted by the expectations of the raw community, Mirage and Regulus grew close quickly and though they couldn’t legally marry Mirage did change her name to match his. They also changed Joy’s name to Serenity Bright so as to have her lose the association from Web and to make sure that he could not find her should he not keep his word to leave them be.

Mirage and Vitrail enjoyed spending time with Treble and Regulus. Though Mirage didn’t want to risk getting too close to Regulus she often left before Vitrail did. 

Vitrail and Treble though seemed to grow closer everyday. And it soon became obvious to everyone except them, that Treble and Vitrail held mutual crushes for one another.
