While the losses in Tartosa were weighing heavily on the family's mind, in Henford the Carlisle home was a bustle of activity. Sadly everyone there could relate to the losses felt but with the support, Orelia was doing as well as she could given the circumstances.
Gianna and Roberto were more than happy to help their son and granddaughter following their loss though it was hard to think of such a young lady being taken from the family like that they did their best. It was hard though since little Marina was only two when her mother passed. She didn't quite understand beyond that Orsa was gone now. As Spring came again, Roberto was already suggesting that Alessandro remarry as his daughter did need a mother in her life and while they would support him, it wasn't as if they were getting any younger.
It had been months since the loss of his sister but slowly but surely, Giovanni Cesare started to feel more normal as he got back to playing.
In Henford, Sarah was happy to share that she and Antonio were expecting once again and while both of them were fearful remembering the loss of their first son, they were hopeful that this time would be different and they weren't alone as not only were they expecting but so was Orelia.
Now that the losses weren't so fresh, Giulia did her best to cheer up for her sons that were still with her especially Giovanni Cesare as he was young enough to still need her help and support more than her oldest who she supported more by helping with the triplets.
With the triplets getting older and each day growing more independent, Ashley felt more confident in her skills as a mother though she feared another pregnancy as three was a handful already and the idea of a fourth or fifth or a dreaded sixth made her head spin. Giuliano was more than happy to try and avoid another pregnancy but more because he was eager to get back to having time to themselves as a couple, something the pair rarely did with three little ones always wanting attention.
Still as the year came to a close and the triplets were all sleeping though the night, albeit inconsistently, the young couple was happy to rest and reconnect together as they gossiped about how it wouldn't be long now until their kids were old enough to play not only with Marina but Katharine and Leonardo were expecting their first as was the Collari couple even with their issues, so the pair were already anticipating their free time in the next few years and celebrated the fact that they had three healthy children.
It's been a while that I've been meaning to get a new computer and now I have! Obviously I have to set everything up and transfer everything still but hopefully things will run better and smoother with a computer actually meant for gaming though I may take a hiatus to play games that couldn't run on my current/old computer lol.
The war in Sudan has reached its 10th month. The war has been met with a global indifference or there has been no desire to act from many world leaders.
8 million people have fled their homes and millions of Sudanese people have emergency food insecurity, with 5 million people on the brink of famine. even the neighbouring country Chad has had to declare a food insecurity emergency due to the mass amount of Sudanese people that have fled to Chad. (By no fault of their own of course)
Faced with a media blackout which is over a week at this point we need to continue to amplify the voices and plight of the Sudanese people.

When i just saw this information I couldn't stop crying thinking about it, and now my heart aches. They were the same age as me, I know for a fact like any other teen they dreamt of their future, who they would want to become, what to achieve, create, wondering if they meet those in the future they can call friends, wondeting if it'll get better when they grow up, maybe wished to leave that terrible place or maybe wanted to stay. How could anyone let this happen, why were they discharged from hospital so easily? And the school, we all know why. I hate to think about how, even with all the progress made, these things still happen.

But i also blame the government, the school, and even those bigoted online accounts that teach their followers hate. In this case LibsOfTikTok, who targeted the teacher of this school, who supports lgbtq+, so they had to leave their position. It must have been the push for this to happen. I think their tiktok account has been thankfully deleten. But i have no idea about Twitter or any other. Please check and mass report them if it still exists. My heart is so broken reading this. I keep finding myself tearing up whenever I think of them. It's so painful and infuriating. These are tears of sadness for them and their loved ones. Tears of anger at the school and our legislation who don't give a fuck about trans lives and the ignorant people who have nothing but hate in their hearts. Tears of fright, because I too am non-binary and almost all of my friends identify as trans in some way.
These things will keep happening if we don't talk about them so please, please take the time to learn about Nex and their death. Continue correcting people when they use the wrong pronouns for your friends, keep telling trans people that you're proud of them for being who they are, and ALWAYS let people know that the spaces you occupy are NOT safe spaces for transphobia. Make your voices heard. Demand justice for this child! Demand justice for ALL trans people!

"Raising humanitarian aid" is a grift Western governments are pushing right now to deflect from the fact that they're sending billions to Israel to keep carpet bombing Gazans. As long as the blockades are still in place there will never be enough aid for two million people, and all it will accomplish is getting them fed and patched up enough to keep being slaughtered. Aid means little for Gaza without a ceasefire.

The twitter accounts I reposted as it was given to me and I just now realized it had too many Israeli voices and almost none of the Palestinians I'm following, so it's being edited. Check back for more. I also removed sources like Jewish Voices of Peace and Breaking the Silence that do good work but have come under fair criticism from Palestinians.

I'm still alive, I'm surviving after the day 3 after 100 [103], but that might be the last day or the last night in Nasser Medical Complex as the hospital is near to the invasion. The tanks are maybe 40-50 meters away from us, the soldiers as well. So the situation is really hard. The carpet bombing before this moment was just, yaani, unbelievable [sound of explosions] unbelievable. The bombings are really loud and are so close to us. The situation is complicated. I'm trying to find any internet connection to tell you what is happening, but [sound of rapid gunfire] Nasser Medical Complex is now near to be invaded. It's the last functioning hospital. I'm trying to find any internet connections [sound of another explosion] so I can tell you what is happening. The carpet bombing, the ambulances could not even reach the injuries or the people were killed and injured because of the carpet bombing in the areas of Batn Al-Sameen, Qizan an-Najjar, Jouret Al-Lout, the west and the south of Khan Yunis refugee camp. People who are displaced inside the hospital, dozens of thousands are just moving randomly — cannot find any place to go, they tried to go to the schools around the hospital or even to the refugee camp itself to find any safe place while the carpet bombing and the bombings — in general were, yaani, ongoing during their evacuating so it was and still so dangerous for people. The medical staff, the ambulances, many people also evacuated the hospital and that's so dangerous, this is the last functioning hospital in Gaza. That means that thousands of injuries are still now alone in the hospital. Displaced people are alone in the hospital. Alone as thousands, alone as many in other hospitals were before, in Al Shifa Hospital, and the Indonesian Hospital, and Kamal Adwan, it's a war against hospitals, against children, against women, against people with disabilities and injuries.
