#DetachingVirtually
Okay, I'll try to be more "detached" to social media.
I'll take it as my very own "rehabilitation program", because I'm still trying to help myself with depression and sh't. I want to be completely okay again. I'll try new methods as much as I could, so that my road to recovery would be easy. I hope.
I want to know the possible effects of being away to the modernized world, and what could be the effects also of being involved in the actual world.
I'll also try to travel as often as possible and interact with people in person.. not online or texts or calls. I just want to seriously explore this world thru a non-virtual way. I guess talking to people in person could also help me understand people more, because I could feel their emotions by seeing their actual reactions, right? This should be healthy for my mind and soul.
Not to mention BOOKS, it's my current and favorite activity to kick off my "rehabilitation program". And so far, so good. Books help me somehow divert my attention more from the thought of me being depressed and broken hearted.
So yeah, I think detaching myself to the social media could really help me a lot. I'll keep in touch though.. whenever I feel like writing things online, especially here on tumblr.
