Important changes are coming to the Ruthless Reign!
We are stepping away from our limited 8 slots model and moving to the Stand and Fight model as our new permanent model going forward, starting with this month’s Reign. This means that the first 30 minutes of the event will be dedicated to accepting sign ups for the night. Sign ups via Discord are early bird sign ups and will be among the first in line for the night’s fight. Sign ups will no longer be taken via the website and are now limited to Discord and during the first 30 minutes of the event.
How it works:
In our new model, fighters are called up to the stage off of the sign ups list. The fighters will introduce themselves to the audience the first time they step onto the stage that night. After combat begins, the winner will remain on the stage and continue to fight until they are defeated or choose to step down, whether for medical care or simply being content with their victories.
A defeated individual may, if there is time left in the event, try again once everyone who has signed up to fight has had a chance to fight.
At the end of the night, the winner will be the combatant with the highest number of victories to their name.
