Back to Hidden Springs :)
Shyla: And you're sure you don’t want to stay with us while you’re getting on your feet? You’ll let us know if you need any help at all, right? Susan: Thank you, that means a lot to me. I’ll be alright though, I have enough savings to cover my living expenses for a year, and I’m sure I’ll have the firm off the ground by then. Sawyer: She got a great price on one of the townhouses across from the park anyway. Shyla: Well, you’re always welcome to stop by whenever you want and have a nice home cooked meal. Our house is your house.
Sawyer: Are you serious? Susan...that’s a huge deal. Susan: I am. I’ve known Daddy might not budge on this for while now, and obviously it’s not my first choice, but if it’s between being stuck in Bridgeport as an assistant and casting out on my own, it’s a risk I’m more than willing to take. I can do it, and Harrison’s behind me too... Sawyer: And me! If there’s anything my family can do to help you get started you know we will.
Susan: Sawyer? Sawyer: Yeah? Susan: Thanks for being here.
Susan: Maybe, but it’s ok, I decided what I’m going to say to him and I’m not scared. I’m starting my own firm, in Hidden Springs. He can support me or he can be mad. Either way, that’s my decision.
Sawyer: Hey...
Susan: Hey, Sawyer, it’s morning. I can smell Bonehilda making waffles...
