Went up to Reiyacon a few weeks ago and while I wasn’t able to stay as long as I usually do, but I still have a some cosplay photos I wanted to share. There were some lovely cosplays there and it was the first convention I wore my Ivan cosplay to.  It was hard for me to narrow them down, but if you want to see the rest of them, I got all my photos posted on the Facebook page.

Reiyacon was a blast ~ It was my first ever guest appearance and a memorable one at that ♡ I got to meet back up with both new and old friends ♡♡ thank you to everyone that came out, the staff, the lovely Erica Lindbeck, twin fools & nova and most importantly my bestie Nicole ♡♡ can't wait to see reiyacon grow next year !

@allysonkrystyne and I went to Reiyacon2016 and had a great time!!! It was fun to see all of the great costumes and people but our highlight was seeing a few of our cosplay idols! Originally, we had only planned on going to one con this year due to funds and our work schedules. BUT when we heard that Twinfools, NovaVandorwolf, and Valdrein were going to be attending, we just KNEW we had to take the opportunity to go see them. 5 hours later in a car and BAM! 😂😂😂 They were super awesome and funny and nice enough to let us take a picture with them. Not gonna lie, I'm a very outgoing person and I had a lot of questions for them but I totally had a moment as soon as I saw them 😂🔫 Anyway, overall, an excellent experience that I would do again in a heartbeat!

#Reiyacon was really fun! It has so much potential and as a first year con, it was really nice! I can't wait for what future years hold!

Reiyacon was a god damn blast and Lucas, Jen, and Courtney were such down to earth people and I’m glad I got to talk to Jenna for a little bit ‘till Lucas needed to hydrate himself lol hope I get to see you guys again! I’d love to just chill and talk about dragon age or kingdom hearts LOL but either way, best one day con I’ve ever been to, for real. Hope it comes back next year even better!!

Reiyacon: Thank You

So today I met Twinfools, Vandorwolf, and Valdrein. First off let me say they are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Literally just so nice and willing to talk to anyone and everyone!

Second, this has made my cosplaying career and just my year in general. Twinfools has been such an inspiration to me, not just in cosplaying but being a transgender role model for me. He gave me the courage to come out and accept who I am. Because of him I gained the courage to start hormone therapy and got approved for top surgery later this year. Because of all three of them I also learned to just cosplay what you want and just have fun. Just inspirations all three of them!

Thank you so much to the Reiyacon staff for having them as guests this year. And thank you Twinfools, Vandorwolf, and Valdrein for coming to the convention. It was such an honor meeting you and maybe we will meet at another con someday!

Convention day was good: Sold two Deadpool pot holders (made nice amount of money overall), met the current voice of Barbie (her hair was luxurious), and made progress on Nanopool (finally getting back to this little guy!)
