when the one piece of unfinished homework starts tasting like i am a bad person
Neurodivergent women forcing themselves to awkwardly message “how is your day?” To a complete and total random stranger on a stupid app that they have never met in person before to develop any real connection with who they probably have no mutual connections or hobbies or interests with and lives really far away because the men in their own communities with similar hobbies and interests that they know in person keep rejecting them so all that’s left is republicans with fish in their profile pictures.
All while receiving confusing and contradictory advice on what to do and what to expect and how this is supposed to work.
Battling RSD is so shit
I am like "everything is fine, I don't have to be liked by everyone, I can say whatever I want because I want to be true to myself"
And then I say and my brain tries real hard to steer me away with "THEY WILL HATE IT THEY WILL HATE YOU EVERYONE WILL LEAVE"
Rejection sensitivity sucks so bad what do you mean Everytime someone politely says no to me I wonder why I was even born and self isolate because now I'm a horrible disgusting person 💀
When every slight feels like a blade—this workbook becomes sanctuary
Each page whispers: rejection doesn’t define worth. Grounding breaths replace spiraling thoughts. Gentle reframes soften imagined slights. Compassionate scripts turn shame into solace. Small risks—reaching out, asking—build quiet courage. One exercise at a time, emotional alarms grow softer. Sensitivity becomes strength, not weakness. In the stillness between feeling and reacting, resilience blooms. Credit: I Love You
