New REL Show!

So I’ll admit that I was actually kind of apphrensive going into this cause most of my experince with minimalism has been that preachy "throw out all your stuff none if it really matters, gotta have an empty room to be happy" way (mostly from my aunts and cousins) so I’ve always kind of shied away from it cause I am someone who likes to have their little collections and knick-knacks.

The thing is though that Ariel comes at it from a really different direction, it’s much more Marie Kondo then what I’m used to and I don’t think I’ll ever be a total minimalist but I definitly am gonna have to let this rattle around in my brain for a bit ya know?

I just wanna say that whenever I'm sad, upset, need to be inspired, or really just need a general pick me up/creative boost I almost always turn to the REL show. I know Ariel doesn't make them anymore but I just hope she knows how amazing she is and how much that show (along with literally almost everything else she's done) helps me and probably other people out

This was a great moment of perspective for me as someone who feels like they can never change their mind or their just a flaky person or whatever, I also really love how she talked about the different ways of mind hacking. As always 10/10
