She has a form of adaptive camouflage, currently uncontrolled and based on her emotional state but upon adolescence she is able to control it more readily. By a quirk of genetics she is also albinistic. Her skin is covered in clear, iridescent scales.

[ btw this is kinda what i'm picturing Julian's newer prosthetics looking like, just with a cuff that runs up to his stumps. The joints are more wrapped up in softer polymer making them easier to wash after shifts. The hand portions are detachable for him to manipulate with TK as well ]
