The situation with Derrick Jaxn isn't uncommon, but the reason I find it all upsetting is that he and his wife knowingly presented a facade to millions of women and maybe young men for years. What happened in their marriage is between them, that's not for debate, but considering his platform, he is a hypocrite. Had he came out years ago and admitted his infidelity, and changed the narrative of his platform, I could still have a morsel of respect left for him. But he didnt, and he actively spoke on other people's relationships, while his was in shambles. As for his wife, Mrs. Jaxn knew of her husband's infidelity, and allowed him to lie to women even after she found out. They wore corny t shirts, promoted his books, and utilized the money of many broken women. If she wants to stay with her husband, that's her business, but blaming everything solely on the devil is a cop out. If she really wanted to help women, she would have catered to an audience of women in her position and maybe, if she was comfortable, shared her journey in forgiving her husband. Not going on this apology tour with Derrick while they blamed everything on the battle between good and evil. Its utterly ridiculous to me, because that battle has already been won and im sure Derrick cheating wasn't apart of it.
